Minutes: November 10, 2009

I.      Relay for Life

a.    Possibly create a Lawrinson Team/ CC team/ Floor Team

b.    April 10^th and 11th

II.    Roommate Game

a.    Well Under Way

b.    Lawrinson Championships to be held this Thursday November 12^th.

c.    School wide championships to be held Tuesday November 17^th.

III.   Thanksgiving

a.    Non perishable/non opened canned food drive box to be placed in lobby tomorrow morning

b.    Some little rascal stole Kyle’s sweatshirt with all of the information to contact the SU bookstore.  Kyle will contact the bookstore ASAP.

c.    We will be giving raised money to United Methodist Something à down there

                                              i.     We need to record names and amount of money collected.

                                            ii.     Door to Door or tabling?

1.    ORL has said Door-to-Door is not allowed.  Tabling in halls with dining halls is allowed.

IV.  Holiday Party

a.    Delaware Academy has not contacted back. Cara Francis will be contacting by phone tomorrow, and will e-mail CC.

b.    Winter Festivities

d.    Waiting on Date and Time

e.    Can people from floors help?

V.   Candy Grams

a.    Sarah Wolf will take care of Design

b.    Process will start after Thanksgiving
